Ms. Muggler joined the DePalma Hotel Corporation in 1985 as Food and Beverage Director for the 306 room Executive Inn. In 1988, she was promoted to the position of General Manager of the Hilton Hotel in Lake Jackson, Texas, where she improved revenues significantly to $2.8 million in annual sales.
In 1992, she was promoted to the Sheraton Hotel in Tyler, Texas, where she quickly produced significant revenue and profit improvements. Over the subsequent 6 years, Ms. Muggler held General Manager positions at the 288 room Radisson Central Hotel and the 301 room Radisson Hotel in Richmond, Virginia.
In 1998, Ms. Muggler, accepted the position of Project Manager for DePalma Hotel Corporation. Her first assignment was the renovation, repositioning and management of the 244 room Holiday Inn Select in Dallas, Texas. Her successes include developing an extensive F,F&E Budget as well as Renovation Project Management.
In 2000, Ms. Muggler was promoted to Vice President of Finance overseeing accounting and reporting functions for an extensive portfolio of select service and full-service hotels. During her tenure, Ms. Muggler has accomplished the complete revision and streamlining of corporate accounting procedures as well as standardization of accounting policies across all DePalma properties.
Mr. Lepore provides over twenty-five years of hospitality management experience to DePalma Hotels. With a Business Administration background from George Washington University, Lepore has developed numerous successful strategies to increase revenues and improve profits. In his current role, he is responsible for the day to day oversight of the DePalma hotel national portfolio with particular emphasis on ensuring performance metrics are achieved.
