Chris DePalma is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Human Resource organization. He has been instrumental in implementing strategies that attract top-level candidates to DePalma Hotel Corporation.
Chris is also heavily involved in implementing and developing DePalma Hotel Corporation’s compensation programs, benefits administration, formal safety programs, training, and more.
Chris holds a degree from the University of North Texas in Hospitality Management and he is well rounded in all aspects of hotel management. Chris has held and excelled in several General Manager positions for DePalma managed hotels prior to transitioning into Human Resources and is an active member of SHRM.
