As President & CEO, Mr. DePalma is responsible for overseeing all key success areas for DePalma managed hotels including oversight of revenue generation and rate management, guest satisfaction monitoring, labor and expense controls, reporting standards and franchise requirements.
Over his 12 year tenure with DePalma Hotel Corporation, Mr. DePalma’s roles and duties have included acting as General Manager, Regional Manager, project management, and business development. He has been instrumental in different types of hospitality projects and openings including resorts, conference centers, full and select service hotels, food and beverage establishments and golf courses.
Mr. DePalma joined DePalma Hotel Corporation from Marriott International in 2000, in the capacity of general manager. Since 2004, he has assisted in DePalma Hotel Corporation’s role in operating properties under contract and in receivership, evaluating over 30 hotels for financial institutions.
Specialty experience encompasses all facets from pre-opening to turn around opportunities for distressed properties. With extensive contacts within financial institutions, the legal community, hospitality consultants and hotel and real estate brokers, Mr. DePalma has built a reputable network within the industry as a whole. Mr. DePalma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
Mr. Lepore provides over twenty-five years of hospitality management experience to DePalma Hotels. With a Business Administration background from George Washington University, Lepore has developed numerous successful strategies to increase revenues and improve profits. In his current role, he is responsible for the day to day oversight of the DePalma hotel national portfolio with particular emphasis on ensuring performance metrics are achieved.
